Cancellations/Missed Appointments
If you can no longer attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule through the Health Engine app or call us directly. This ensures we can offer the appointment time to another patient in need of medical care.
Please note a fee of $60.00 will apply if you cancel with less than 2 hours prior to your appointment, or do not attend your appointment.
