Dr Kiran Ruba

MBBS, CSCM, AMC, FRACGP

Dr Kiran Ruba has been a dedicated general practitioner for over 25 years. Born into a Sikh family, Kiran was raised in Malaysia before moving to Australia 27 years ago. Now happily settled in the South West, Kiran has developed expertise across many fields of medicine and is the proud owner of the clinic.

Kiran has a strong interest in general medicine, skin cancer medicine and integrative medicine. Additional areas of interest include palliative care, psychological medicine and Men's & Women's health. She is highly experienced in thyroid and diabetes management, with an emphasis on individualised care. Preventative care is a primary focus, with a commitment to managing chronic disease using minimal pharmaceuticals wherever possible.

Kiran is the proud parent of three grown sons and spends her free time painting and playing golf.

Dr Stephanie Choularton

MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Stephanie Choularton completed her medical degree at the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle in 2013. Since then she has spent time working at Albany Health Campus, Fremantle Hospital and St John of God Midland.

Stephanie is happy to see all patients and has special interests in digestive health and paediatrics. Outside of work she will be at the beach, in the garden or (mostly) running around after the kids.

Dr Russell McDonnell

MBChB, FRACGP, FAMAC

As a GP with extra qualifications as a Medical Acupuncturist, Dr Russell McDonnell has a particular interest in the complex field of chronic pain management. He enjoys offering his experience, knowledge and support to those with chronic pain, using both conventional and less conventional therapies such as medical acupuncture.

Russell addresses everything from coughs and colds to skin cancer surgery and minor procedures, as well as specialised chronic disease management. He trained as a doctor in Liverpool, UK, and emigrated to Australia in 2007.

Russell lives in Cowaramup with his wife and two children, and stays well through ocean sports — particularly surfing and kitesurfing.

Dr Eva Wieselmann

PEP-RACGP, KNMG-BIG

Dr Eva Wieselmann, trained in the Netherlands, is an all-round GP with special interests in emergency medicine, paediatrics, skin, tropical and mental health. She provides a holistic approach to health and believes strongly in preventative medicine.

After graduating in 2010 with a Master of Medicine, Eva lived and worked in several countries across Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia. She obtained her GP training in the Netherlands and has been working in family medicine for nearly a decade.

Eva shares her love for the outdoors and travelling with her Australian husband and their three young children.

Dr Yasas Wijayawickrama

Dr Yasas is a GP Registrar who completed his medical degree at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in Sri Lanka. With 14 years of experience across a broad range of medical fields, he brings extensive knowledge and a thoughtful, patient-centred approach to general practice. He has a particular interest in cardiology and internal medicine.

Outside of work, Dr Yasas enjoys travelling, gaming, and attempting to master his drum kit. Appointments are open to all patients — we are delighted to have him as part of the team.

Dr Gusmary Isabel Silva Lozada (Isabel)

Isabel completed her medical degree in Venezuela in 2011 and moved to Australia in 2012 after completing her internship. She worked as a Research Physician for three years and was involved with early and late-phase clinical trials.

From March 2020 until December 2023 she worked as a junior doctor at SJOG Midland Public and Private Hospital and The Royal Hobart Hospital, gaining experience across General Medicine, General Surgery, ED, Paediatrics, O&G and Geriatric Rehabilitation.

Isabel relocated to Busselton in December 2023 to pursue a career in General Practice. She likes to spend her free time with her family exploring the South West.

Arjan Ruba

BSc, MCEP, AES, AEP, ESSAM

Arjan Ruba is an Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES) and Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist (AEP), and holds a Masters degree from the University of Western Australia. He has a strong interest in musculoskeletal, pulmonary and cardiovascular health.

As a certified Personal Trainer, Arjan combines education and hands-on experience to provide clients with customised exercise programs and guidance. He is dedicated to helping individuals improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Arjan is an avid sports player and fitness enthusiast with a passion for golf, tennis, rugby, netball and gym workouts, and is the founder of the activewear company Rubafit.
