Phone consultations are available for eligible patients. Telehealth is billed at the same rate as the equivalent in-person consultation.
When telehealth works well

- Simple, non-physical concerns that don't require an examination

Eligibility & Medicare
To access Medicare-rebated telehealth with a GP, you generally need to have seen a doctor at the practice in person within the last 12 months. Our reception team can confirm your eligibility when you book.
