Mental health
A safe place to start the conversation.
Our GPs offer time, support and a clear plan — whether you are struggling for the first time or managing a long-standing condition.
Mental health is health. We treat depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress and other concerns with the same care and seriousness as any physical condition. There is no need to have things figured out before you book — coming in and talking is the first step.
Please book a long appointment for your first mental health visit so we have enough time to listen properly.
