Make/Cancel Appointments
Appointments are usually made at 15 minute intervals. Urgent medical problems will be seen on the day. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there are any unforeseen delays or if your GP has been called away.
Please advise reception staff if you require a longer consultation time e.g. Medicals, case conference, complicated or multiple problems.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call the practice to cancel 24 hours in advance. Due to the demand for appointments a cancellation fee of $60 will be charged to patients who miss their appointments without cancelation.
